The little black dress project

The Little Black Dress Project is on a mission to help women to become more self-confident, lose weight, and celebrate being a strong and sexy woman.

The Little black dress project is a 6-week transformation challenge.  This is a live and on-line challenge.  You will receive everything you need to drop the extra pounds, create healthy nutritional habits,  build lean fat burning muscle and increase your energy. 

You will receive a success manual, dietitian approved 6 week menu, grocery list, weekly physical assessment, goal setting,  access to Athena Seye fitness (in studio) workouts and at home workouts, plus weekly motivation and guidance from a certified personal trainer. 

The best part at the end of the challenge we will celebrate our success with a little black dress party!!  So go out and find that perfect little black dress or dig your favorite out of the closet because we are going to celebrate the strong, confident woman you ARE!

Athena is an ACE (American council on exercise) personal trainer, group fitness instructor, pre & postnatal fitness specialist and yogafit teacher.  She specializes in movement and mindset for women with special attention to stress relief and maintaining an active lifestyle throughout all phases of life.

Athena has been in the health and wellness industry for almost a decade and has loved every minute of it!  She has a passion to help women see and reach their true potential.

Sweat, stretch and strengthen in one low-impact, body sculpting workout.  Piyo cranks up the intensity and speed of traditional yoga and pilates to help you shape sleek arms, flat abs and a lifted booty-no equipment needed except a yoga mat.

country heat

This country dance-inspired workout is unlike anything you have ever tried.  Packed with your favorite country hits and simple steps, each class is a fun-filled, calorie scorching good time!  YEEHAW!!

Turbo Kick

Each turbo class is packed with real kickboxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training, and bodyweight exercises set to th hottest high-energy music.  HIIT or high intensity interval training will spike your heart rate and burn major calories even after the workout is over.  You’ll leave every class dripping sweat and ready to conquer anything!


The traditional yoga poses made accessible for every body type. A wide array of modifications are used for every fitness level with the use of yoga props and guidence from the instructor.  Yoga will create balance in your life and body while strengthening your entire body, especially your core. Yoga is also a great way to relieve stress and anxiety.

Cardio Sculpt

Work your entire body from head to toe with this class.  You will use a variety of equipment from dumbbells to stretch bands to tone, tighten and strengthen the entire body.  A combination of cardio and compound movements will blast calories and burns fat long after the workout it done.  Every class is different and challenges you in new ways.

Yoga Barre

Yoga Barre combines the precision of pilates, isometric holds and functional strength training with the flow of yoga to tone your thighs, lift your booty, sculpt your arms and build a strong core.  This class is great for all fitness levels.

VIP 1:1 training

VIP trainings are private one on one trainings designed for you specifically.  You will work with an ACE certified personal trainer to create a fitness program, meal prepping and goal setting guidance for your specific needs.  Creating the life you want to live and the body you deserve.

Small group trainings

Small group trainings are an affordable way to get the benefits of working with a certified personal trainer while working out with your besties.  Small group trainings range from 2-4 people.
